The ELFI controller integrator has compensated more than allowed.
Cause:
Can occur if:-Loose connection on ELFI pilot valve set point.-Mechanically stuck ELFI pilot valve.-ELFI Main Spool is stuck at tank or Injection position.-ELFI pilot valve reci eves a Shut Down but CCU does not.-CCU Ch70 (ELFIA) or Ch71 (ELFIB) always has an output more than 12 mA or always less than 12 mA.
Effect:
ELFI Controller on CCU can no longer compensate completely for position errors. This will most likely affect mean pressure.
Action:
Most likely the Parker Pilot valve is not calibrated precisely enough to compensate for zero overlap differences or wear in service..Check the following:
